Where does it go, what bends and junctions are there?

You want to take a new/different path, change something in your life, be it personal/professional, small or large, because you can't continue on your current path. But you are not yet clear how and where the path will lead and where you can start? In Ways-of-Life coaching, you can gain new insights, impulses and motivation and new ways of life, perspectives and changes will open up. Perhaps there is not just the "one and only" solution" or the one conservative path that has already been taken, but the one that suits you!

  • The world is your (new) home? Are you traveling as a "digital nomad" or conquering your new surroundings as an expat? Everything is new, everything is exciting. But are you finding it difficult to keep an overview and keep your bearings on your journey with and to yourself? Are you wondering where you actually feel at home? Who you actually are, far away from your home, family and friends? Do you miss a base or are you trying to build "a base" while on the road/away from home, but you often find it a challenge and feel alone? Are you stressed and overstimulated by the mixture of work on the road and new impressions? Maybe you've already tried a few things, but so far it feels exhausting, lonely and desperate. Maybe you've had to lose a few feathers and are exhausted. And what does "being at home" actually mean?

    Maybe you need a new itinerary, a compass, a signpost, a good balance between work and new things before you think about the ticket back home. You are not alone! I will help you to stay connected to yourself even when you are far away and to find a home within yourself. I also try to support you with time and self-management!

    Have you always wanted to strike out on your own, embark on a journey alone, venture into independence, responsibility and self-empowerment, whether professionally or privately? Or are you already living and organizing your everyday life alone, but you still need the necessary motivation, the necessary kick to go it alone? Would you like to live alone, leave your (perhaps unhealthy) relationship behind and finally take care of yourself? Or simply use your time wisely?

    I would like to prepare you for your path and encourage you to follow it consistently! This applies first and foremost to women, but also to anyone interested who wants to venture more alone and with themselves (by the way, being alone doesn't mean being lonely šŸ˜‰).

  • Does something at school no longer feel right and coherent? Does your everyday life consist only of stress, never-ending preparation and correction phases? Do you feel like you're constantly lagging behind the tasks to be completed, the content of the curriculum and the forms to be filled out? Are you also struggling with colleagues and communication and collaboration are not working well? Do you constantly feel exhausted and are perhaps sick more often than usual? Do you mainly work from weekend to weekend and from vacation to vacation? And at the end of the working day, do you ask yourself what you're actually doing it for and why you wanted to do it in the first place? Are you tilting at windmills like Don Quixote because nothing can be changed or moved in the institution of school? Are you counting the years of service until you retire, even though you're in the middle of life?

    Then it's time to think about how and whether you can continue working at school to protect yourself and your health while being there for your students. To find out, I would be happy to accompany you, and not just on your way to school šŸ˜Š!

Our sessions

So you've set off on your journey, I'm delighted!

In a 20-minute introductory call, in which we talk about your coaching concerns and, if applicable, your wish or goal, we agree on a certain number of online coaching sessions (usually 5 to 10) to suit your concern/goal. Transparency, clarity and mutual respect are particularly important to me.

In the first session, we will agree on very specific coaching goals, talk about your path so far and you will get a more detailed overview of my approach/methods, which will be tailored to you. In the coaching sessions (conversations, questions, tools, imaginations/meditations, exercises, homework) you will learn a lot about yourself and get a feeling for what you need and what your path could be. I see myself as your companion for a certain period of time so that you can finally go your own way, satisfied and strengthened.

As a former state teacher and psychological counselor/life coach, conveying content and methods is one of my strengths. We can all easily read through a guidebook, but the question is what will stick with us. As I teach people languages, I will also teach you your "own language" on your path or help you to improve it. You will keep looking back at the route you have already covered, sometimes you will pause and perhaps need a break or have to think again about what/who you need or don't need (anymore) along the way. When you finally arrive at your destination, you will hopefully not only enjoy the view of the vastness, but will also have felt joy along the way.

There is no "one and only" solution.
